Former Manchester United youngster is one to watch at the World Cup

Juventus star Paul Pogba is a player to keep your eye on at the World Cup

Former Manchester United youngster, Paul Pogba will be on display at the FIFA World Cup this summer and eager to show United fans exactly what they have been missing.

Pogba left the Red Devils in the summer of 2012 and has since fulfilled his potential as the centre midfielder signed for Italian giants, Juventus.

The Juventus midfielder has been called up to Didier Deschamps French squad for the World Cup and will partner former Manchester United target, Yohan Cabaye in the heart of the French midfield. The youngster has been a constant through the international youth teams, making appearances all the way from the France under-16's.

Pogba's athletic build amalgamated with his skilful prowess and creativity will certainly draw attention in Brazil. A player who can easily catch the eye, Pogba will fit right in to the flair culture adopted in South-America.

The 21-year-old was named 'Golden Boy' in 2013 after being announced as the best young player in Europe. A reputation Pogba has carried on since, the Frenchman's next step is to deliver on the world stage: and where better than the World Cup?

United fans may still be bitter towards Pogba who's attitude upset former manager Sir Alex Ferguson. However, none can refute the wonderkid's ability on the ball and Manchester United will envy Juventus as they have quite a player on their books.

Pogba, who has attracted attention from Real Madrid and Bayern Munich in the past seems to handle the pressure of his prestigious name with ease, carrying the weight of big named clubs on his shoulders with no burden.

His attitude may be erratic at times, but there's no doubting he has ability. Exactly what football wants to see at the World Cup.

Paul Pogba will be one-to-watch.
