Assassin’s Creed: Unity – vast sense of scale with huge crowds in demo

Assassin's Creed Unity E3 Screen 1

During the Microsoft E3 press conference a co-op demo of Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Unity was shown in which the players had to assassinate a marquis.

Co-op seems to be the theme for games of the new generation, and that’s alright by us. During Microsoft’s E3 press conference yesterday Ubisoft showed of some 4-player co-op action in Assassin’s Creed: Unity.

You can watch the gameplay below, which is voiced-over by Lesley, a producer on AC: Unity. She talks you through exactly what’s going on in the demo, set in Paris, 1789, during the French Revolution. The look and feel of Assassin’s Creed is there, and it’s never looked better, plus the huge crowds also give a real sense of scale to the city of Paris.

Here’s the gameplay footage.
