All the latest news, views and transfer rumours from the Emirates…

Arsenal are favourites to sign French midfielder Kingsley Coman according to the Daily Star.

The 17-year-old has reportedly turn down a new deal with his current club Paris Saint-Germain, and is now being tipped to move to the Emirates Stadium.

Coman is also reportedly on the radar of Newcastle United – which is no surprise really considering his nationality – but it is being claimed Arsenal are the favourites having tabled a £1million compensation fee.

Coman plays predominantly as an attacking midfielder, but the France under-19 international can also operate on either wing when required.

In other news, Aaron Ramsey has been speaking to Arsenal’s official website about the upcoming World Cup.

The Welshman tipped one of Brazil, Spain or Argentina to win the trophy – so he is not exactly sticking his neck out with that one!

Although Ramsey did also tip many people’s dark horses to make a few headlines.

“Belgium are a great team,” the Arsenal player said. “They’re probably a bit inexperienced at major championships but they have some great players that are currently playing at the top level.”

Ramsey concluded by revealing that he hoped to one day play in a World Cup himself with Wales. And considering that both he and Gareth Bale now turn out for the side, it might just happen in the future.
