Chelsea starlets Romelu Lukaku and Thibaut Courtois have joined Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen in the treatment room.
The World Cup is approaching fast and for many it is now a nerve-racking time. Indeed that was the case last night as Honduras seemed intent on doing all they could to injure as many England players as possible.
The likes of Marco Reus, Ederson Echiejile, Franck Ribery and Clement Grenier ahve all been ruled out in recent days - and time is running out for those with knocks or tweaks that might keep them out of action.
In the Belgian camp there is currently a group of three players who are essentially on the treatment table. It is also a recognisable trio, made up of Chelsea duet Romelu Lukaku and Thibaut Courtois along with Spurs defender Jan Vertonghen.
All three are currently in treatment, Lukaku since hurting his foot against Tunisia last night.
There is no doubt the ex-Everton loanee will be their biggest concern. With Christian Benteke out he is their lead front man and is one player they cannot afford to lose. Marc Wilmots says he will be out for less than a week so he should be fully fit for the opener against Algeria on the 17th.
And for Belgium's sake we hope so.
