All the latest news and gossip from The Emirates Stadium this morning.
It is reported this morning that Arsene Wenger believes he can tame the mercurial talent that is former Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli.
The Italian striker is said to be unhappy in Italy - with a lack of Champions League football with AC Milan and continued problems caused by racism in the country - and could return to the Premier League.
And Arsenal are one team linked with a £20 million move for the player.
Milan however maintain he is not for sale, with Silvio Berlusconi stating:
"AC Milan must return to have a lead role in Italy, in Europe and in the world. Balotelli? I believe that he will stay and will be part of the new team."
Real Madrid winger Angel Di Maria is reportedly a target for Arsenal this summer. The Argentine is said to feel undervalued at The Bernabeu and could be snapped up this summer - the player himself admitting a move was not beyond the realms of possibility:
"I am not going to lie, I know that there are clubs that want to sign me and can match Real Madrid's demands. But that's up to my representatives and the club. I will stay if the club wants me to stay."
Now it is believed his price-tag for a move away stands at £40 million.
Arsenal could spend that much money, but it would leave them short regarding other summer recruitment options.
Arsenal are one team being linked with Bayern Munich goalkeeper Lukas Raeder. The 20-year-old talent does not get much of a look in at the Allianz Arena, which has reportedly forced him into a big decision over his future. He told German media yesterday evening:
"I am not going to stay on at Bayern Munich. I will leave the club this summer, that's a fact."
Arsenal need a replacement for Lukasz Fabianski, who has joined Swansea City on a free transfer.
