Barcelona forward Pedro is in no rush to discuss his club future due to his impending appearance at the World Cup.
Barcelona forward Pedro, a rumoured target for Manchester United, has recently admitted that he is unsure about his club future.
New Barca boss Luis Enrique is set to oversee something of an overhaul this summer, while also giving some of the younger players a chance to impress. Pedro’s name has cropped up as a player who could leave.
With United reportedly a keen admirer of the 26-year-old, Pedro has only served to increase speculation of a potential move to Old Trafford.
'I don't know what's going to happen yet, I don't know anything', he told Mundo Deportivo. 'I'm calm though, I'm at the World Cup and that's all that matters right now.
'When a decision has to be made, I'll speak with the club and we'll see what happens. Right now I'm only concentrating on the Spain squad and having a good World Cup. Whatever comes in the future, will come'.
Pedro, who can also play as a winger, remains adamant that no decision will be made while he prepares to help Spain defend the World Cup in Brazil. However, these latest quotes suggest that he could be preparing for a move away from the Nou Camp after the summer tournament.
United's current crop of wingers struggled considerably throughout the 2013-14 campaign and Pedro would provide the upgrade that the Old Trafford faithful are hoping for.
