Most of the Arsenal first team are currently preparing themselves for battle with their respective international nations this summer. France, Germany, Spain, England, Belgium; the list goes on.
For one player though he has to watch from afar as his club team-mates get set for battle on perhaps the biggest footballing stage.
Theo Walcott would have undoubtedly been in the England squad for the World Cup in Brazil, but injury has seen him take a different path. Walcott damaged knee ligaments in January during an eventful FA Cup tie against local rivals Tottenham Hotspur - immediately ruling him out of contention for Roy Hodgson's side.
But he is now getting back into recovery mode. While everyone else is away on international duty or off enjoying their holidays Walcott is back at the Arsenal training ground working on his knee injury - in a bid to be fit for the start of the new season.
But today was brightened up by a little visitor - which Walcott shared on his new official Twitter and Instagram pages.
He showed off a picture today of him holding the newly won FA Cup - Arsenal's first silverware in almost ten years.
And Walcott, who was injured for the win against Hull City, was clearly happy to get his mitts on the trophy:
