Lazio defender Stefan Radu has been turning heads with his performances in Serie A and could be in line for a summer transfer.
It wasn't a good season for Lazio as they missed out on qualification for the Europa League and the Eternal City side may sell off some of their assets.
The club's president Claudio Lotito has been vilified by many fans for selling star players and there were protests when Brazilian midfielder Hernanes was allowed to join Inter in January.
But the club's finances don't allow Lotito to turn away decent bids for players and Manchester United or Tottenham could pounce for Radu.
With André Dias and Giuseppe Biava leaving, Lazio need the versatility of Radu, who can play as centre-back or left-back and Lotito's valuation suggests that he's keen to keep hold of the Romanian.
Napoli and Fiorentina have been linked with Radu but will surely be put off by that price and although Premier League sides may have greater financial resources, they are likely to try and negotiate a reduction.
Radu has made over 150 appearances for Lazio in the five years since he joined from Dinamo Bucharest for £3 million.
