Former Manchester United man is staying put, claims agent

Paul Pogba's agent has confirmed the Frenchman will not be leaving Italy this summer.

The agent of former Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba insists the France international is happy at Juventus and will not be moving on from the Italian champions this summer.

Pogba has earned himself a reputation as one of the continent's finest midfielders, and following two excellent seasons with Juventus, he is set to star for France during the summer World Cup.

He featured on 36 occasions, scoring seven goals, as Juventus strolled to Serie A success this season. The young Frenchman has been a revelation since his move to Turin from Manchester United in 2012.

The youngster is wanted by a number of leading European sides, including Real Madrid and Paris Saint Germain. He has also been touted for a move to Chelsea while other Premier League sides, including Arsenal and former side, Manchester United, have also kept tabs on him.

However, the 21-year-old's representative Mino Raiola has sought to end speculation over his future by revealing that he will not be leaving Juventus anytime soon.

Raiola took to Twitter to confirm the news:

Often referred to as ‘Sir Alex Ferguson’s biggest mistake’, the 21-year-old has excelled has developed into the quality of player the Red Devils are now desperate to sign.

This latest update regarding his future will make little difference to the Old Trafford outfit, but the likes of Real Madrid and PSG will view it as a significant blow.
