A round up of transfer stories about Chelsea this morning.

The Daily Star claims Chelsea are looking to secure the signing of Diego Costa by the end of this week.

Costa has been a long term target for the club, with some sources previously suggesting that a deal had already been agreed with Atletico Madrid.

His arrival could mark the end of Chelsea careers for two first team stars; Fernando Torres and Demba Ba.

Paris Saint-Germain are thought to be ready to make an offer of just over £60 million for Eden Hazard.

The Belgian has been consistently linked with the French club over the past six months.

However, Jose Mourinho has previously confirmed that he expects Hazard to be a Chelsea player at the start of next season.

Spanish based journalist Graham Hunter claimed yesterday that Chelsea and Barcelona had agreed a fee for the transfer of Cesc Fabregas.

Fabregas looks set for a return to the Premier League with Chelsea believed to be the club that holds an agreement with the player.

Barca are thought to want to sell Fabregas so they can use the cash to sign Koke from Atletico Madrid.
