Barack Obama showers praise on The Witcher video game

Although the US President is a self-confessed noob when it comes to gaming.

Obama celebrated the hit action role playing game The Witcher on a recent visit to Poland. Speaking in public he gave his appraisal of The Witcher, a game series based on the books by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski and produced In Poland by CD Project RED. 

"The last time I was here, Donald (Polish prime minister) gave me a gift, the video game developed here in Poland that's won fans the world over, The Witcher," Obama announced

"I confess, I'm not very good at video games, but I've been told that it is a great example of Poland's place in the new global economy."

The President added,"And it's a tribute to the talents and work ethic of the Polish people as well as the wise stewardship of Polish leaders like prime minister Tusk."

The latest game in the series The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is currently set for release on PC, Xbox One and PS4 in February next year You’ll be able to catch up with some gameplay tomorrow at CD Projekt RED and's Summer conference. Head over here to find out more.
