France Football have revealed that Hazard has already met with representatives from Paris Saint-Germain, and will be offered a huge contract which will see the Belgian earn £12million-a-year. The 23-year-old currently earns about £9million a year at Stamford Bridge.
According to the report, Hazard met with PSG owner Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani in March, before the Champions League quarter-final ties between Chelsea and the Parisian club.
The former Lille player is believed to have flown out to Qatar to discuss a possible move to the Ligue 1 Champions.
The French club are reportedly ready to offer Chelsea €75million for their exciting winger, and will substantially increase his annual earnings.
Hazard himself is reportedly ready to make the move and already sees himself as a PSG player next season after two years with Chelsea, according to the source quoted.
David Luiz is already set for a move to PSG, after Chelsea accepted a £40million offer last week, and Hazard could be set to follow his teammate.
The big-spending French club will have to be careful that they do not break Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules, although Chelsea will be in a good position to spend big this summer with £100million possibly acquired through Luiz and Hazard's transfers alone.
The question is: If Hazard does leave, who will Jose Mourinho bring in to replace him?
