Confirmed: Brazil line-up for Panama friendly – Chelsea stars start

How many of the Premier League stars could get into Brazil’s starting lineup tonight?

Brazil step up their preparations for the 2014 World Cup finals this evening with a friendly international against Panama.

The five-time world champions are the hosts for this summer’s gala tournament and will be keen to head into the competition in form.

Coach Luiz Felipe Scolari was left fuming with what he saw of his players during a training session on Sunday and will want more from his team in Goiania tonight.

However, the former Chelsea manager will have to make do without Paulinho and Thiago Silva as they are carrying minor knocks, although both the midfielder and the defender are likely to recover in time for the Selecao’s second and final warm-up game against Serbia on Friday.

Panama, who have never qualified for the World Cup, will be the huge underdogs tonight, but Brazil should not get complacent and must avoid a slip-up at any cost.

Here is how Brazil will line up against their opponents tonight.

Brazil XI: Julio Cesar; Daniel Alves, David Luiz, Dante, Marcelo; Luiz Gustavo, Ramires, Oscar; Hulk, Neymar, Fred
