Cesc Fabregas remains linked with a transfer back to Arsenal, with on-off reports regarding a potential return from Barcelona.
He was back in London yesterday, on a break from the Spanish international squad ahead of World Cup preparations, and his club Barcelona may not be happy.
The midfielder was putting the finishing touches an advert for headphones brand Beats By Dre ahead of the World Cup, but it's an endorsement he and his club have not seen eye to eye on with each other previously.
In March, Fabregas filmed an advert for Beat By Dre of him on a Barcelona team bus listening to headphones ahead of a match while Real Madrid fans threw flares.
It was his own club which took exception though, with Barcelona president Josip Bartomeu stating: "We don’t like the message it sends out, which is why we have asked for it to be withdrawn."
Beats By Dre did not withdraw the advert, responding that the scenes were purely fictional, as reported by The Evening Standard.
Fabregas will hope this latest advert does not offend his club, although if reports he is keen on a Premier League return are accurate, at this point he may not care what they think.
