The Paris Saint-Germain attacking midfielder’s representative had claimed that he will stay in the French capital.
Liverpool are set to bolster their squad with a number of new signings this summer, with a deal for Rickie Lambert in place and Alberto Moreno also in the cross-hairs.
The Anfield outfit have been consistently linked with Argentine playmaker Javier Pastore in the past, with the Paris Saint-Germain man not guaranteed a place in Laurent Blanc’s starting XI.
Despite the former Palermo man being left out of his nation’s World Cup squad and the rumours starting to ramp up that a summer move could be on the cards, his agent has stated Pastore will be at PSG next term.
"There is no possibility that Pastore will return to Italy next season," Pastore's agent Marcelo Simonian told Tutto Mercato.
"Pastore will remain 100 percent at Paris Saint-Germain."
With PSG set to splurge an astronomical amount of money on David Luiz, it is expected that some fringe players will be sold to balance the books.
Pastore has impressed when given a chance to play but only started 18 Ligue 1 games last season.
