Arsenal have announced the players who will be released by the club this summer. Chuks Aneke, Zak Ansah, Nicklas Bendtner, Daniel Boateng, Zach Fagan, Park Chu Young and Leander Siemann have all been let go by the club.

Meanwhile Bacary Sagna and Lukasz Fabianski have been confirmed as receiving new offers to stay at the club.

Carlos Vela has been speaking about his future, with Arsenal said to be eyeing up a £3.3 million move to sign him back from Real Sociedad this summer.

The club have a buyback clause in his contract and Sociedad reported want to pay £4.9 million to cancel the clause, Arsenal want double.

And Vela says of the interest:

"As of today I have not decided anything, nor have I said anything. These days I will rest to mentally rest and analyse what is the best thing to do. I am here, it has been good... I am very happy here, I have enjoyed every moment I have been in San Sebastian, because I have some incredible team-mates who have made me happy every moment. Being happy here for sure plays a part in analysing what to do."

Arsenal and Liverpool will battle it out for QPR striker Loic Remy this summer. The French international, he was on loan at Newcastle United last season, has long been linked with a move to The Emirates - but Brendan Rodgers is seemingly hoping to bring him in and depth to his striking options.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is considering a move for Antoine Griezmann before the World Cup in Brazil. The French international is rated at around £18 million and is being chased by a host of other top clubs.

But Wenger is believed to have earmarked him as a top target, along with former captain Cesc Fabregas.
