A number of prominent Gunners take some down-time as they prepare for their respective World Cup campaigns with England and Germany.
Arsenal's campaign may only have ended last weekend, after their emotional, come-from-behind 3-2 FA Cup final victory over Hull City, but for their international stars the season goes on as they linked up with their respective nation's training camp ahead of the start of the FIFA World Cup tournament in Brazil, next month.
The Three Lions are currently in Portugal and were photographed taking part in their first session with Roy Hodgson, yet today were allowed an afternoon off.
Judging from the picture above, the Algarve location was not lost on Gunners duo Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Jack Wilshere, as they immediately took to a golf course with Chelsea defender Gary Cahill
Wilshere was seemingly in the lead in their three-man competition, but "lost his head" after the 14th hole.
Oxlade-Chamberlain said: "[We had a] round of golf on our afternoon off - it was a good laugh with the boys! Can someone go get Wilshere's head off the 14th hole tho please! He went missing last four holes… Wilshere doesn't like losing!"
Wilshere and Oxlade-Chamberlain's Arsenal team-mate Lukas Podolski also reported for international duty, but with Germany.
The experienced international, pictured below, enjoyed a riding session with his team.
