Chelsea latest: Three Blues in fighting talk over Jose, new kit photo

All the latest news and views from Stamford Bridge.

Three key Chelsea stars have had much to say today, Wednesday.

For Thibaut Courtois, who has enjoyed a long-term loan spell at Atletico Madrid where he has come-of-age as an elite level goalkeeper despite his young age, he will fight for the number one jersey at Stamford Bridge - and it is not a battle he intends to lose as he cannot foresee being content at merely being selected for cup duty under Jose Mourinho next season.

"Nobody will be happy to play in only the League Cup or FA Cup," said Courtois as quoted by The Telegraph.

"Things are unclear at the moment. I have the biggest respect for Petr Cech. He is one of the best goalkeepers in the world so I think putting him and me in the same team is not the healthiest thing in the world. We will see in the next week if we can sit together with Chelsea to find something for next year, find out what they want, what my desire is."

Courtois is expected to receive a contract offer from Mourinho, which could run until 2018.

Veteran striker Samuel Eto'o, meanwhile, a former favourite of Mourinho due to his winning nature, may have fallen out of the Portuguese's favour after recently labeling him a fool - now he has called him a "puppet".

Completing the three Chelsea stars who have fighting words to say, is Willian, the club's attacking Brazilian, who told SportTV: "Many people ask me what it is like to work with him. Everybody thinks he’s bad, grumpy, arrogant, but I think he fights for the group. He takes responsibility. He’s given me a lot of confidence. I’ve started lots of games for Chelsea."
