Youri Tielemans is a homegrown revelation at Belgian side Anderlecht and his exploits have attracted the attention of many of Europe's top clubs.
Having joined the club at the age of five, Tielemans has developed through the youth teams and has already been capped for Belgium's Under-21 side even though he is only 17.
This season, Tielemans has broken into the senior side at Anderlecht and became the third youngest player to play in the Champions League at the age of 16 years, four months and 25 days when he started against Olympiakos.
Naturally a box-to-box midfielder, Tielemans is also capable of playing as a holding midfielder and has a natural eye for the pass and ability to strike set-pieces.
Tielemans has just won the prestigious Best Young Player in Belgium award and looks set for stardom making 33 appearances in the Jupiler League and becoming a key man for Anderlecht.
Arsenal have sent scouts to watch the Belgian talent on several occasions and Jose Mourinho is said to be keen to bring him to Chelsea, but Juventus are also on his trail.
Juventus are believed to have made contact with Anderlecht to request further information on the player as a first step to opening talks about signing him.
Anderlecht may want to keep Tielemans around for a little longer and at such a young age it may help his development to remain settled in his homeland as he is getting the chance to play first-team football.
However, a major club like Arsenal, Chelsea, Juventus or Atletico Madrid could snap him up and send him out on loan to gain further experience, possibly even sending him back to Anderlecht.
