Juventus, Bayern Munich, AS Roma and Southampton stars all feature.
Manchester United could have a very big summer ahead of them, with Louis van Gaal expected to be named as their next manager at some point next week.
LvG has reportedly already set United officials to work over deals he wants secured by the time he officially takes over at United, which has seen the club linked with some very good players this week.
We’ve taken a look at five of the best.
Arturo Vidal (Juventus)
One of many players United have reportedly been watching for some time. The latest reports suggest that former manager sir Alex Ferguson is behind a £26 million offer for the Chilean midfielder, who could add a real cutting edge into the attacking midfield section of United’s squad.
Toni Kroos (Bayern Munich)
Any United fans who track transfer news regularly will know all about the club’s apparent interest in Toni Kroos. The latest stories suggest United are confident of doing a deal before the World Cup in Brazil, with Kroos one of the players LvG has reportedly asked the club to try and sign.
Kevin Strootman (AS Roma)
United have been linked with the Dutch midfielder regularly over the last couple of years. He would have almost certainly been in LvG’s Netherlands World Cup squad, but he seems to be a player that the coach really admires. He only moved to Roma last summer so a deal could be difficult.
Adam Lallana (Southampton)
Liverpool seem to be favourites to land Lallana from the Saints, but some reports have suggested Manchester United could try and hijack the deal. He’s rated at £20-30 million which means United wouldn’t have a problem paying that sort of fee for the England international.
Luke Shaw (Southampton)
This isn’t the first time Shaw has appeared on this list and it won’t be the last until United officially wrap up a deal for him. He’s an obvious long term prospect for the United back four, in light of the news the experienced Patrice Evra could be heading off for Juventus.
