Renowned Gunner supporter believes the Frenchman is guilty of treachery akin to Manchester City star Samir Nasri is he signs with Premier League champions.
A report in the Daily Mail recently reported that Sagna's final game in the red and white kit of North London would be on Saturday, May 17 in the FA Cup final against Hull City at Wembley Stadium, as the full back rejected a three year contract extension that would see him pocket £80,000 per week as it still fell £20k short of his demands.
Chelsea, Liverpool, Galatasaray and Internazionale are all said to be interested, yet the Frenchman appears most likely to join City, following the footsteps of other Gunners who have voyaged to the Etihad outfit such as Gael Clichy, Kolo Toure, Emmanuel Adebayor and Samir Nasri.
Commenting on the situation, former Daily Mirror editor and polarising Arsenal supporting figure Piers Morgan said: "If Sagna is really going to City, then do not play the little traitor at Wembley. Some Arsenal fans are telling me they're happy [he] is going to City. Is this how far we've fallen? Get a grip, Gooners.
"Loyalty? If Sagna goes to City he deserves zero loyalty. Utter treachery. Don't do it Sagna, be better than Nasri."
