The Belgian younger brother of Eden is on loan from Chelsea at Zulte Waregem.
Chelsea have had a plethora of talent out on loan this season. The likes of Romelu Lukaku, Lucas Piazon and Kenneth Omeruo have all productive campaigns away from the club - and all might just have a chance of making it into the Chelsea first team in the future.
But perhaps the most likely first teamer is the younger brother of a current Chelsea star. Thorgan Hazard, little brother of Eden, has been carving out a reputation in his own right at Belgian outfit Zulte-Waregem. Yesterday, Jose Mourinho went to check out what all the fuss is about.
Along with his assistant Rui Faria he headed off to check out Hazard in action against Anderlecht in a Championship play-off match.
Hazard, who has been linked with Everton and Liverpool this week, has been sensational for Zulte for the past two seasons - scoring 19 goals in 85 appearances and winning Belgium's Golden Shoe as the top player in the Pro League for 2013.
He did not manage to find the net yesterday, but it will still give him great confidence to know his manager took a personal interest in his development this week.
