Liverpool unveiled their new away kit yesterday on Twitter, before promptly taking to the pitch in Ireland to give it a proper run out in a 4-0 friendly win over Shamrock Rovers.
Though the season may only have recently ended, the Anfield outfit wasted no time in showcasing next season's daring new colours, all yellow with red streaks across the chest and down the side.
The sight should give Reds supporters hope that the Uruguayan will resist any overtures from Real Madrid to showcase it in next season's Premier League.
The kit, produced by American sports company Warrior, released the following statement with the pictures: "Warrior has reinvigorated a Liverpool FC classic, the iconic yellow kit."
"Evoking memories of the club’s rich history, it’s a kit to support the clubs growth into a new era of success."
The shirt will also feature two Eternal Flames alongside the number 96, to commemorate the victims of the Hillsborough disaster in 1989.
