Chelsea morning news: Lukaku to get new deal? Bayern to compete for £25m star

A round up of news stories this morning about Chelsea.

Romelu Lukaku could be playing away from Chelsea next season, but on another loan deal.

Reports have suggested that the Belgian will be offered a new contract with the Blues before being offered the option of playing away from the club on loan for another season.

Lukaku has scored 33 goals over the course of the last two seasons on loan away from the club.

Bayern Munich have emerged as new courters of Chelsea centre-back David Luiz.

The Brazilian had been strongly linked with a move to Spanish giants Barcelona but now the Bundesliga champions have reportedly entered the race for him.

Luiz is rated at around the £25 million mark, a price which has been criticised in some sections of the Spanish media.

Eden Hazard has revealed he’s not going anywhere this summer, looking ahead to the 2014/2015 season.

The Belgian was one of Chelsea’s standout players last season which lead to speculation of a possible move to Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

“I came here for trophies, this season was good for me but not collectively because we didn’t win anything, and last season we won the Europa League,” he’s quoted by the Express.
