Belgium have announced their provisional 24-man squad for this summer’s World Cup. One goalkeeper will ultimately have to make way before the side’s first match against Algeria on June 17.
The big news is that Manchester United starlet Adnan Januzaj has made the cut just weeks after declaring his international allegiance to the country of his birth.
Fellow United man Marouane Fellaini also makes it despite featuring little for the Old Trafford outfit this season.
Chelsea trio Eden Hazard, Romelu Lukaku and Thibaut Courtois are all selected, along with ex-Blue Kevin de Bruyne.
Other English interest comes from the Tottenham Hotspur trio of Jan Vertonghen, Mousa Dembele and Nacer Chadli, Arsenal’s Thomas Vermaelen, Kevin Mirallas of Everton, Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany and Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet.
