A round up of news stories this morning about Chelsea.

Sky Sports sources have claimed that Chelsea have agreed a £32 million deal with Atletico Madrid for Diego Costa.

The Spanish international has been linked with a West London move for the majority of this year.

The £32 million in question is thought to be the value of Costa’s buy-out clause in his current contract.

Jose Mourinho is reportedly keen on signing Jose Callejon from Napoli.

The Daily Star suggests Chelea are open to the idea of a £26 million deal for the 27-year-old who has scored 16 goals under Rafael Benitez this season.

Mourinho worked with Callejon when the pair were both at Real Madrid.

Chelsea star Eden Hazard has been voted as the club’s player of the season.

The Belgian playmaker was Chelsea’s top scorer last season, producing 14 goals in some world class performances for the club.

“When I play I try to give my best on the pitch. I like the applause and when the fans come they want to see a spectacle. I give everything and sometimes I get angry with some of them but after five minutes everything is fine so thank you,” he’s quoted by the Daily Mail.
