The Premier League champions celebrate their triumph in style with their fans.

Manchester City won the Premier League title for the second time in three years on Sunday.

Manuel Pellegrini’s side defeated West Ham United 2-0 at the Etihad Stadium to finish the season two points clear of Liverpool at the top of the table.

The Citizens played arguably the best football in England and scored no fewer than 102 goals in their 38 matches. The 2013-14 campaign also saw City clinch the League Cup by defeating Sunderland 3-1 in the final in March.

Both the players and the fans were celebrating their success on the streets of Manchester on Monday. Thousands of supporters lined up the streets, as the Blues went on a parade in the city.

The players set off on an open-top bus from Albert Square before taking a one-mile route through the city centre. They were cheered on by thousands of fans, who were shown highlights from the season before the parade commenced.
