CONFIRMED: Manchester City & West Ham United line-ups

Etihad Stadium

Here is how Manchester City and West Ham United will line up for this afternoon’s match at the Etihad Stadium...

Manchester City starting XI: Hart, Zabaleta, Kompany, Demichelis, Kolarov, Garcia, Toure, Nasri, Silva, Aguero, Dzeko

Subs: Pantilimon, Lescott, Clichy, Milner, Fernandinho, Negredo, Jovetic

West Ham United starting XI: Adrian, O'Brien, Reid, Tomkins, McCartney; Downing, Noble, Diame, Taylor; Nolan; Carroll.

Subs: Jarvis, Armero, Vaz Te, Collins, Jaaskelainen, C.Cole, J.Cole.

Manchester City can clinch their second title in three years with a win over West Ham United this afternoon.

Liverpool's shocking collapse at Crystal Palace on Monday left City in the driving seat for the title, and their 4-0 win over Aston Villa in midweek took them back to the top of the league with just one game to play.

Manuel Pellegrini's side are now two points clear and with City having a 13 goal advantage on goal difference, it seems they simply need to avoid defeat today to reclaim the title.

They face a West Ham side who have lost four of their last five games as the pressure builds on manager Sam Allardyce once again, but with Premier League survival maintained some time ago, Hammers supporters should be looking to next season.

It should be another dramatic final day at the Etihad Stadium - even if we are unlikely to see a repeat of Sergio Aguero's last gasp heroics in 2012.
