Chelsea ended their Premier League campaign with a 2-1 victory away to relegated Cardiff City. But it was the Bluebirds who took the lead, when Craig Bellamy's effort deflected in off Cesar Azpilicueta.
It remained at 1-0 until just 18 minutes from time, when Andre Schurrle netted after David Marshall had saved well from Azpilicueta, who was close to atoning for the earlier deflection.
Jose Mourinho's side then took the lead through Fernando Torres, as the Spaniard scored from close-range in what could be his last appearance for the club if reports of a summer sale prove to be true.
The result means the Blues finish the season third, four points behind title-winners Manchester City; while Cardiff head back to the Championship as the league's bottom club.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has plenty of work to do this summer if the Bluebirds have a chance of making it back into the top-flight at their first attempt.
