Liverpool FC - Seeing Is Believing - Jordan Henderson

The Mirror has today stated that Jordan Henderson is likely to pen a new deal with the title-chasing Anfield club.

It has been a whirlwind journey for Jordan Henderson at Liverpool since his big-money move from Sunderland in 2011.

However, since Brendan Rodgers has taken over at the Merseyside outfit Henderson has been transformed into a key man at Anfield.

He has been in spectacular form this season in the Liverpool midfield and looks set to play a considerable role for England this summer at the World Cup.

The latest report instigates that Henderson looks likely to sign a new contract with the Reds.

The Mirror states that the ex-Sunderland man has agreed in principle to extend his stay on Merseyside for another four years.

The new contract is expected to be wrapped up next week after the culmination of the Premier League season.

Rodgers is set for a new deal and it appears that key players are likely to follow their manager’s lead in extending their stay at the club.
