Last night saw Everton hand out their end of season gongs to those deserving of awards after an impressive season under the guidance of new boss Roberto Martinez - with Seamus Coleman picking up the main award of the night.
The Republic of Ireland international has had a sensational season at right-back and won the Player of the Year award ahead of Romelu Lukaku, Gareth Barry and James McCarthy - and of course Ross Barkley.
But the England international will not be too disappointed with missing out on the main award - as he still walked away with two trophies for himself.
Barkley won the Everton Young Player of the Year award and also picked up Goal of the Season. Which goal I hear you ask?
The left-foot strike against Norwich City? The free-kick against Swansea? The solo run and finish against Newcastle United?
No, it is the most recent strike that won him the accolade - the almost Rooney-esque curling effort against Manchester City at the weekend.
And Barkley has taken to Twitter to thank fans for all their support in his breakout year for the club:
Made up to get young player of the season and goal of the season at last nights awards. Thanks for all the messages— Ross Barkley (@RBarkley20) May 8, 2014
