Arsenal need a striker - that is no secret. This campaign they have struggled with just Olivier Giroud leading the line-up top and the injured rookie Yaya Sanogo and the elusive Nicklas Bendtner supporting him from the side.
What they need is somebody who can play a different game to Giroud, inject a bit of pace into things at the forefront of the attack and somebody who has experience in the Premier League.
Loic Remy would be perfect then?
He has been on loan at Newcastle United this season - after suffering relegation with QPR - and he has been in superb form.
Harry Redknapp recently confirmed that Remy has a buy-out clause in his current deal - and the French international will certainly be an excellent addition to the club.
And now he has even been spotted at The Emirates.
Remy was in attendance as Arsenal took on West Brom this afternoon. Of course he could just be sorting things out with QPR or even seeing old friends such as Giroud and the other Les Bleus boys who play for The Gunners.
Or, he could have been watching his future team in action.
Time will tell.
