Confirmed: Man Utd v West Brom lineups - van Persie starts

Old Trafford Interior

Here is how Manchester United and West Bromwich Albion will line up today at Old Trafford.

Manchester United will be looking to bounce back from last weekend's 3-0 defeat to Everton when they face West Bromwich Albion at Old Trafford.

United had won six games in a row under Louis van Gaal before losing to Chelsea and then Everton, meaning a win is needed this evening.

In a bid to return to winning ways, van Gaal has handed a return to striker Robin van Persie, who has been out injured for some time, whilst Andreas Pereira is on the bench just a day after penning a new contract to stay with the Red Devils.

For West Brom, Darren Fletcher makes his first return to Old Trafford since leaving United for the Baggies in January.

Tony Pulis' men have been in patchy form of late, and still need one more win to guarantee survival.

It's a daunting task for the Baggies to win this game, but Pulis will be hoping to frustrate the Red Devils, just as West Brom did earlier this season in the 2-2 draw at the Hawthorns under Alan Irvine.
