Box-to-box midfield sensation Paulinho, who transferred to Tottenham Hotspur in July, last year, may leave White Hart Lane after just one year as the same agent who took Oscar, David Luiz and Ramires to Stamford Bridge, is reportedly working on a deal that could see the Lilywhite star away from North London and into Jose Mourinho's squad.
Broker Guiliano Bertolucci is the man apparently working on the deal, according to Lance, yet Chelsea are not guaranteed to end up acquiring the 25-year-old as he has also piqued the interest of Real Madrid and AC Milan.
Valued at £14m by transfermarkt.co.uk, if Chelsea and Spurs were to agree on a transfer fee then the deal would only be ratified after the World Cup.
Paulinho has featured in 28 Premier League matches for Spurs, scoring five goals and assisting twice.
He also has an 85% passing accuracy, attempts 44 passes per appearance, has created 22 goal-scoring opportunities, attempted 61 tackles, 30 interceptions, 30 clearances and four blocks.
