Manchester United fans react on Twitter to Norwich City win - "Class of 92 do it again!"

Manchester United moved on from the David Moyes era in style with a 4-0 win over relegation-threatened Norwich City at Old Trafford.

Moyes was given his marching orders on Tuesday morning after a dismal ten month tenure at Old Trafford, and whilst it seems that Holland manager Louis van Gaal will be handed the job in the summer, it was over to interim boss Ryan Giggs for today's visit of the Canaries.

After a nervous first half display which saw Wayne Rooney give United the lead from the penalty spot, things improved in the second as Rooney added his second before a brace from substitute Juan Mata wrapped up a 4-0 thrashing over Norwich, who were abject throughout.

The result does little to paper over a poor season at Old Trafford, but fans on Twitter were in an optimistic mood after the final whistle, praising Giggs for the display from the Red Devils today, which many believed was a far cry from the performances seen under Moyes.

But some were also trying to keep their feet on the ground, suggesting that it was just one game, and one game against a poor Norwich side at that. Here are some of the reactions from United fans this evening.
