Manchester United youngster James Wilson continued his impressive form with another excellent finish for the under-21 side last night.
Wilson hit the side's opener in a 3-2 away win against Reading, which took United into the semi-finals of the competition.
The teenager has been touted for a step up to the first team, and an unused substitute against Newcastle in the Premier League three weeks ago.
Wilson, 18, has been in impressive form, scoring seven goals in nine games this campaign for the under-21s.
He was withdrawn a week ago after 50 minutes in the draw to Norwich with an foot injury, but clearly shook it off quickly to get back to goalscoring form.
However last night against Reading saw a further setback. This time he was substituted with an injury, confirmed by ManUtd.com as 'limping off' after 60 minutes, with replacement James Weir netting United's second goal.
United won the game thanks to a last minute goal from defender Paddy McNair after being put through by last year's summer signing Guillermo Varela.
