Szczesny disagrees with Wilshere over best Arsenal Moment

Arsenal stars Jack Wilshere and Wojciech Szczesny couldn't find common ground when asked to name their best moment on the pitch together in another episode of Arsenal’s interactive initiative 'The Chat'.

Arsenal duo Jack Wilshere and shot-stopper Wojciech Szczesny have appeared together in another episode of Arsenal’s The Chat.

This is a format where both serious and humorous questions are hurled at two Arsenal players, who are challenged with answering as honestly as possible – though with a slight hint of banter.

Following on from a rather cheesy question about what they found most inspiring about one another, the duo were asked to share their best moment on the pitch together in an Arsenal shirt.

Arsenal number one Szczesny took the lead in answering, saying: 'I reckon Barca'.

Although Wilshere suggested the 1-0 home win over Manchester United in May 2011 - where the duo were famously snapped during the victory celebrations, after a Aaron Ramsey goal meant that Arsenal had closed the gap at the top of the Premier League to a then 3 points - Poland's number one, however, was insistent that a famous Barcelona victory was the players finest moment together on the field.

Szczesny continued: 'No, I think Barcelona at home was good'.

Arsenal, of course, faced Barcelona in consecutive Champions League seasons in 2010 and 2011, and although the North Londoners ultimately crashed out on both occasions, Szczesny pointed to Arsenal's highly-entertaining 2-1 victory over Barcelona at the Emirates in 2011 as his high-point.
