Manchester United fans have voted on who they want as the club's next manager.
Last night we asked Manchester United fans to have their say on who they want to be the next boss at Old Trafford and the results are in.
At the time of writing, 48.1% of those who took part in the poll urged United to go after Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp.
However, the BVB boss has only just ruled himself out of the running for the job, suggesting that his contract with Dortmund is ‘unbreakable’.
Next up with 16.6% of the vote is current Netherlands manager Louis van Gaal, who could more realistically become United boss after the World Cup this summer.
Jose Mourinho isn’t too far behind the former Barcelona manager with 16.2% of the vote while Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs (7.1%) and Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone (5.8%) are the next popular choices.
It’s going to be a long, hard summer for United as the new boss coming in will have to work hard to make changes and attract players to a club which may not have any form of European football heading into the new campaign.
