Cech reportedly fractured shoulder, Terry out - impact for Liverpool

Two accomplished first-teamers at Chelsea are likely to be unavailable for potential title-deciding clash with Liverpool in Premier League on Sunday.

According to talkSPORT sources, Petr Cech has dislocated his shoulder after a collision in the first half of Chelsea's semifinal first leg against Atletico Madrid at the Vicente Calderon on Tuesday evening.

The injury has implications for the club's trip to Anfield on Sunday, where the destination of the Premier League could become even more apparent, as well as on Jose Mourinho's chances of silverware in the Champions League, as Cech's season is effectively over.

Liverpool are currently top of the division, with 80 points collected after 35 games - a five point lead over Chelsea in second.

John Terry was also withdrawn from the field as Chelsea's casualty count began increasing.

The club will also be without John Obi Mikel and Frank Lampard as the midfield duo both received yellow cards and will be suspended for the second leg with Atletico at Stamford Bridge next week.
