In the most comfortable of away wins at the weekend, Arsenal star Mikel Arteta gave more than most.
The Spaniard lost a tooth during the match, and he, his teammates nor the club's medical staff were able to find it on the pitch.
So on a day where the midfielder was no doubt undergoing emergency treatment at an expensive dentists, Arsenal's club website published quotes from manager Arsene Wenger which used an unfortunate phrase to describe the club's performances in recent away games.
The Frenchman told Arsenal.com, particularly when describing Aaron Ramsey's driving influence:
"It is important because we looked in a few games a bit toothless away from home, to have that back is of course a threat for our opponent and it gives us opportunities to score goals."
Arsenal's fans, and players - will hope this is the end of toothless performances figuratively and literally from this point forward.
