Dimitar Berbatov scored a sensational goal to give Ligue 1 big-spenders Monaco the lead over Nice on Sunday afternoon.
The silky Bulgarian effortlessly dinked the ball over Nice keeper David Ospina from a tight angle inside the penalty area to score the opening goal of the game.
Monaco sit comfortably in second place in Ligue 1, but will remain ten points off leaders Paris Saint-Germain should they hold on for victory.
Berbatov was one of several Monaco recruits over the course of the season, after he arrived on loan from Fulham in January. The Cottagers then confirmed that they had released the striker. The likes of Radamel Falcao, João Moutinho and James Rodríguez also joined for a combined fee in excess of 130m Euros.
Berbatov has scored five times in a Monaco shirt since joining, as his former club Fulham remain in trouble in the relegation zone of the Premier League. Fulham lost 3-1 to Tottenham on Saturday, a defeat that saw them slip back behind Cardiff City in 19th.

The Bulgarian has scored over 250 career goals for the likes of Bayer Leverkusen, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United. The Bulgarian scored in Spurs' 2008 League Cup victory over Chelsea, before transferring to United that summer for a fee in the region of £30m.
Berbatov won the Premier League twice during his time with the Red Devils, and once scored five goals in a single Premier League game against Blackburn. The striker eventually left for Fulham after falling out of favour under Sir Alex Ferguson.
