Arda Turan is back in training and ready for selection this Tuesday.
While Chelsea have been fretting over the fitness of Eden Hazard for this Tuesday’s Champions League game against Atletico Madrid they did not get a let off in regards to Diego Costa’s injury trouble.
He suffered a nasty gash on his shin recently but returned to training on Thursday and scored v Elche a day later. But if the timely return of Los Colchoneros’ 34 goals in 38 appearances striking machine was not bad news enough Atletico released this picture on their official website this afternoon.

That is Arda Turan - who many would argue is their most important attacking player. The Turkish playmaker is an absolute whirlwind behind the strikers and has a beautiful pass to go with it. He has been out of action since the 1-1 draw with Barcelona on April Fool’s Day and has missed their next four games with a groin injury.
But he got through a fitness test and subsequent hour and a half training session at the Vicente Calderon this afternoon as Atletico prepare for their biggest game of the season yet - with the aim of taking a healthy first-leg advantage back to Stamford Bridge.
The presence of Turan and Costa is certain to only help.
