The next step in the popular physics-based Trials franchise takes us into the future.

Developer RedLynx newest iteration of the Trials franchise has been released on Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Playstation 4 today. It’s the first Trials game designed for multiple gaming platforms to all be released on the same day, although, the PC version isn’t available until 24 April.

Building on the success and mechanics of the previous games, in Trials Fusion you will be tasked with guiding your trials rider over series of obstacles and courses against the clock. Set in a futuristic and high-tech world, the tracks look even more over the top and fresh than before.

Multiplayer brings added competition, not only in trying to beat another player’s time, but going head to head across tracks to see who comes out on top. There are also games to test your skills, a track editor to test your friends and others online, as well as a new trick system, plus global leaderboards.

Take a look at the game’s trailer to see what it’s all about, and also the latest developer diary below.

Trials Fusion is priced at £15.99 on Xbox LIVE for Xbox 360 and Xbox One, and the Playstation Network for PS4.
