BlackRock's Fink receives 13.4% rise in pay last year

BlackRock the world's largest money manager, paid Chief Executive Officer Laurence Fink $22.9m in compensation last year, up 13.4% from $20.2m the year before.

Reuters reports that total compensation for Fink included a base salary of $500,000, a $9.85m cash bonus and $12.4m in stock awards, according to the company's proxy filed on Tuesday.
