A round up of news stories this morning about Chelsea.
Chelsea are thought to be interested in signing John Stones from Everton this summer.
The teenage centre-back has flourished under Roberto Martinez, putting in some impressive performances in the last couple of weeks for his side.
The 19-year-old can play at right sided centre-back or right-back but is unlikely to be cheap should the Blues move for him.
Petr Cech believes the FA scheduling of fixtures is having an impact on Chelsea’s attempt to win the Champions League.
The goalkeeper claims that despite the Blues’ recent success in Europe, the FA has done nothing to help them in the process.
“I think generally in the last few years we've been saving the English coefficient in the Champions League but we never get any help in terms of the schedule,” he told the Mirror.
Inter Milan have confirmed their interest in signing Fernando Torres from Chelsea at the end of the season.
Torres has been linked with several moves away from Stamford Bridge where he’s failed to blossom under the guidance of Jose Mourinho.
“He is one of the names that interests us - You will discover in due course exactly which players we are focusing on bringing to the club,” said Inter Milan general director Marco Fassone.
