A round up of news stories this morning about Arsenal.

Arsene Wenger is reportedly already at work in getting his main summer transfer targets at the end of the season.

Julian Draxler, Alvaro Morata and Lars Bender are the three players thought to be right at the top of his wish list.

Arsenal tried to get a deal done for Draxler at the back end of the last transfer window but were thought to be put off by his £37 million buy-out clause.

Arsenal’s board will meet this week reportedly to discuss Arsene Wenger’s future.

Wenger’s current contract expires at the end of the season and there has been speculation he could move on after 17 years in charge of the club.

In his time at the club, Wenger has never been in the position where his contract expired before he’s renewed it.

Arsenal are one of the sides thought to be interest in 19-year-old defender John Stones.

The Everton teenager has been impressive in recent weeks, including the game against Arsenal which the Toffees won 3-0.

Stones only moved to Everton from football league club Barnsley last year after impressing in the Championship.
