Sporting Lisbon’s rise to play a part in the Primeira Division title race has not gone unnoticed this season, with a number of the side’s star players being eyed up abroad.
Although William Carvalho has been gaining most of the plaudits, Carlos Mane has also caught the attention with some scintillating displays.
Manchester United are in the market for summer reinforcements and have been linked with a double move for the Sporting duo.
However, David Moyes’ men are likely to face competition for Mane’s signature, with reports in Italy stating that Juventus are also keen on the 20-year-old.
Tutto Mercato state that Antonio Conte’s men have identified Mane as a star of the future and a potential new face in Turin at the season’s end.
Mane has made a number of explosive appearances this term, scoring twice in 15 appearances for Sporting.
The forward has also starred in the NextGen series and has represented Portugal at under-21 level.
