Luis Alberto was once again in full voice supporting his former team Sevilla.
Luis Alberto spent last season on loan at Barcelona B from the Sanchez Pizjuan and impressed sufficiently to earn himself a £6.8 million move to Liverpool this summer.
His time at Anfield has, so far, been slightly disappointing - as he finds first-team opportunities limited.
It is even rumoured that he could spend next season out on loan in order to get further first-team experience - perhaps in the Premier League so he can become accustomed to the rigours of English football.
But despite not being a regular in the Liverpool team nothing could get him down last night - as his Sevilla side produced another stirring comeback to make it into the Europa League semi-finals.
Sevilla, who only qualified for the competition after Malaga and Rayo Vallecano got thrown out because of financial irregularities, defeated Porto 4-1 in Spain last night - overturning a 1-0 deficit from the first-leg.
In the last round they did similar - that time against their local rivals Real Betis - and they are fast becoming the comeback kings of Europa League football.
Alberto has not forgotten his roots - and was on the Tweet celebrating last night:
