Wenger confirmed that there are a few players he has doubts over ahead of this weekend’s FA Cup game against Wigan with Kieran Gibbs, Tomas Rosicky and Alex Oxlade-chamberlain all struggling.
“We have a lot of uncertainties. Gibbs, Rosicky and Oxlade-Chamberlain are all doubts,” the boss told the press.
“Ramsey is ready to start against Wigan. Ozil could be back next Saturday, Koscielny could be back for Tuesday.”
The boss called for complete focus on completing the win over Wigan this weekend but stressed it won’t be easy with Wigan defeating Manchester City previously in the tournament.
“We want to win the semi-final and it's important to focus on that. We respect Wigan highly.”
Wenger has revealed that he's ready to give a chance to current back up goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski who has been an able deputy whenever he's been called upon this season.
"Fabianski will start in goal [against Wigan] It's a decision that has been made for a long time."
Wenger has stressed that despite the side's slide from the top of the Premier League and exit from the Champions League, the Gunners can still have a successful season.
"We are still in a position where we can have a good season and that's what we're focusing on."
