The Danish international has been as busy as ever on social media today.
The player, out of contract this summer, has had injury problems this year - and also sent Arsene Wenger livid with a decision to go to Copenhagen and get up to no good - again!
With that in mind it appeared that he was not going to play a part in the Arsenal team for the rest of the season.
But he has sent out a Tweet this afternoon that may suggest different.
Despite currently training on his own - this message suggests he is in contention for the FA Cup semi-final this weekend!
Read the Tweet below…
Looking forward to The FA cup. Wembley is a fantastic stadium, great stage to play on. Coyg— Nicklas Bendtner (@bendtnerb52) April 10, 2014
Although he has since cleared up any confusion.
He posted this Tweet not long after suggesting he could be in line for a shock return to action - showing him in individual hill run training.
And this Tweet suggests he will not even be in the UK until Monday - two days after they take on the Championship side at Wembley.
Making sure every detail is looked at, the alignment has to be perfect! Back in London on Monday… http://t.co/GDPXumV9qa— Nicklas Bendtner (@bendtnerb52) April 10, 2014
It seems we might just see Bendtner in an Arsenal shirt one more time - as he is ready for a return to training.
But the likelihood remains that he is simply keeping himself fit and on the market - for anybody wanting to sign a talented pain in the neck this summer.
